For spring 2024 marmot and taylor stitch teamed up for a collaboration which celebrated both brands love for quality gear filtered through the lens of innovation and craft.
As the design lead for this project i worked closely with the merchandising, design and materials development teams from both brands to ensure a cohesive collection was built. in addition to designing the apparel range I also managed the development of the trims package with the graphic designer.

Inspiration & PROCESS
the All Weather Parka served as the blueprint for the Owens Parka as well as the overall collection. With it’s rugged design and technical features it embodied the spirit we were trying to capture with this collaboration.
AS a bonus, the All Weather Parka was one of the first jackets to use gore-tex. so it seemed only fitting to continue that legacy of innovation in Marmot’s 50th year and make the owens parka one of the first jackets to use Gore’s new PFAS-Free EPE membrane.
